RUSS ZHDANOV
FOUNDER & OWNER
My name is Russ Zhdanov, and I am the original founder of our company, established in 2015. I started working in construction at 14 years old, gaining experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, shower construction, tile installation, and general construction.
Today, I oversee our estimating department and quality control, making sure every project is accurately planned and completed to our standards.
My goal is simple: quality workmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right.
DANIEL FAEVTSEV
OWNER
I came to this company with more than 10 years of experience in finish carpentry and other areas of construction. I learned the trade from the ground up, working alongside my father and brothers. Those years taught me the value of craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail—and built a strong passion for quality work.
Today, I oversee our day-to-day operations, both behind the scenes and in the field—from communicating with customers and coordinating schedules to managing projects on-site.
To me, a successful job looks great, is completed efficiently, communicated clearly, and leaves the customer confident it was done right.
